Aim: To identify the different nutrients in various food samples.
Apparatus & Material: test tubes, Bunsen burner, test tube rack, ethanol, iodine solution, copper (II) sulphate, sodium hydroxide, benedict's solution, crackers, bread, biscuits, oil and glucose.
