Student Attendance

It was reported by students and teachers that Feona Thomas was absent from classes even though she was at school. This matter was communicated to the parent after which she was invited to a meeting at the school.

Based on information communicated to the parent about her child being placed on academic probation contact was made with Mr. Waite. Since the parent was not present on the previous report day, she was provided with a copy of the student report which was used to explain the reason for academic probation.

It was reported that 9F students were displaying unacceptable behavior towards a math teacher. Student we called to a meeting after school to address the issue and parents were informed of the meeting.

While addressing the homeroom class about the class meeting after school, this led to the teacher informing the parent of such actions and the need for intervention of the parent.

Parent Consultation Day

On parent consultation day, there was a turnout of approximately 90% of parents from 9F to meet and discuss the progress of students during the first term of the academic year 2023-2024.
